Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud, preferably across Finance or SCM modules. The candidate should have experience in implementation, migration, enhancement, and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on implementation, upgrade, migration, enhancement, and support projects across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud.
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate requirements into Oracle functional solutions.
- Configure Oracle applications and prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production support.
- Provide functional guidance during EBS to Fusion Cloud migration/transformation projects.
- Prepare user documentation and conduct knowledge transfer/training.
- Participate in requirement workshops and client/stakeholder discussions.

For Finance Preferred Skills





- Strong experience in Oracle Financials EBS + Fusion Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax.
- Valuable understanding of P2P, O2C, R2R processes.
- Experience with financial reporting, integrations, and period-close activities.
- Experience in EBS-to-Fusion Finance migration is preferred.

For SCM Preferred Skills

- Robust experience in Oracle SCM EBS + Fusion Cloud.
- Experience in modules such as Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, or Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of P2P, Inventory, Order-to-Cash, and supply chain processes.
- Experience in SCM implementation and EBS-to-Fusion migration is preferred.

Must Have

- Strong functional experience in both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience in at least one core Finance or SCM functional area.
- End-to-end implementation/support experience.
- Strong client/stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in consulting/IT services environment preferred.
