We are seeking a Technical Support L1 professional with hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration and Windows Server management. The role involves supporting production environments, handling database and server-related tasks, and assisting in disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oracle Database Administration and Database Patching

- Monitoring and supporting Oracle Data Guard & OEM 13c

- Installation, upgrade, migration, and administration of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)

- OS patching and firmware upgrades

- IIS / Tomcat / Apache configuration and support

- Windows job scheduling and OS-level application support

- Executing change requests and resolving critical incidents





- Coordinating with OEM/vendors for hardware/software issues

- Supporting DC-DR switchover/switchback activities

- Maintaining documentation (Incident, Change, RCA, Build documents)

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Oracle DBA (L1 level)

- Hands-on Windows Server administration experience

- Experience in production support environment

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications:

- MCP / MCSE

- OCA / OCP (Oracle Database)
