- Strong Oracle DBA experience, preferably 12c/19c
- Production patching, backup/recovery, restore, and refreshes
- Oracle performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Strong PL/SQL development and production data-fix scripting
- SQL/PL/SQL code review and production deployments/hotfixes
- Production incident troubleshooting and RCA
- Capacity, tablespace, disk, access, and database health management
- Regulated financial/enterprise production workplace experience
- Cloud database experience; OCI preferred
- Strong communication and vendor/technical-team coordination
- Ability to work across US/India time zones
- Regular use of AI development tools
