Role & responsibilities

Required Skills • 34 years of Oracle Cloud WMS implementation and support experience, including at least one end-to-end implementation or rollout.

- Robust understanding of warehouse operating models, inventory controls, fulfilment strategies, material-handling flows, and supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience in: o Inbound Receiving o Putaway o Inventory Management o Picking & Packing o Shipping & Dispatch o Cycle Counting o Replenishment o Wave Management • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM touchpoints, particularly Inventory Management and Order Management; exposure to Procurement, Manufacturing, or Transportation Management is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of integration patterns using REST APIs, SOAP services, web services, file-based exchanges, interface monitoring, and error handling.
- Ability to use SQL and application data for reconciliation, issue diagnosis, interface validation, and operational analysis.
- Hands-on experience in requirement workshops, configuration, functional design, testing, cutover support, user training, hypercare, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.





Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile implementation projects.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud, including interface monitoring and basic failure analysis, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics processes. Key Competencies • Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts to business and technical audiences.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to own a functional area independently, collaborate across distributed teams, and guide junior consultants when required.
- Customer-focused and outcome-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize issues by operational impact, communicate status clearly, and drive resolution.
- Ability to plan work, manage dependencies, identify risks early, and deliver multiple priorities within agreed timelines and quality standards.
