Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Agile PLM, with strong functional and technical knowledge of Product Collaboration (PC) and Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C;).
- Experience in Agile PLM administration, configuration, architecture, Java/Web Client troubleshooting, user/role management, workflows, classes, attributes, and privileges.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Support/SRs and ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management.
- Knowledge of Agile PLM integrations, SQL, log analysis, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
