An optometrist examines patients' eyes, tests vision, prescribes spectacles and contact lenses, detects common eye diseases, and provides basic eye care and referrals when needed.
Main responsibilities
Perform eye examinations and vision tests.
Prescribe glasses and contact lenses.
Diagnose common eye conditions.
Advise patients on eye care.
Maintain patient records.
Refer patients to ophthalmologists when necessary.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
