We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Optometrist to manage an important role. The ideal candidate will lead vision screening initiatives at our community outreach camps, ensuring high-quality eye care accessibility. During non-camp periods, they will transition seamlessly to managing clinical duties within our outpatient department (OPD).

1. To be the overall incharge of all patients coming for eye check up at the foundation from time to time in camps/ OPD – Complete Optometry Work
2. To attend to each patient based on their eye ailment and provide high quality care
3. To keep safe and in working condition of all the instruments and tools used as part of the foundation work
4. To prepare the monthly camp and OPD schedule as per the foundation action plan and as per the MOU of the assigned project
5. To follow up and provide support to treatment and counselling to patients
6. To prepare monthly report of the activities assigned and submit as per timeline
7. To organise camps and OPD at the given workplace as per foundation needs

To maintain and record all the case history and records under safe custody
9. To assist the Ophthalmologist during the OPD / IPD visits
10. To counsel patients based on their needs and provide due care to them when they come to eye check-up or treatment
11. To report any loss, mal functioning of the eye instruments immediately and follow up to set the situation right
12. To keep a daily diary of your activities. To enter all patient details regarding Camp/OPD visit into Netram Software.
13. To work closely with the team and facilitate smooth running of the patient care
14. Any other work assigned by the foundation management on eye care
15. The duty timings will be 9.00 AM to 5 PM on all 6 days working. In a month one Sunday would be working for which they will receive comp off.
16. Salary Range 20-22K (The base salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
