Key Responsibilities

- Timely planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions
- Open to travel on ground and execute fieldwork when assigned
- People, assets, and collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between field teams and head office
- Ensure field surveyors are equipped with necessary tools, documents, and instructions as per project plan
- Assist in onboarding and training of new field surveyors
- Address and resolve any operational issues or delays in the field
- Publishing reports, alerts, and dashboards as per project
- Driving cost and timelines in the assigned projects




- Regular coordination and feedback to the field team (surveyors) to take corrective actions on gaps identified and corrective action plan
- Identify process gaps, suggest and implement process improvement
- Analyzing new trends in the market and developing new features around them.
- To manage and support our team of field surveyors & field visit & observe, Coaching & Mentoring Surveyors.

Requirements

- Graduate degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, preferably in field-based projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience working with survey or data collection teams is preferred.
