We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Supervisor for our Jamnagar site. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in heavy equipment operations, transportation/logistics and site supervision and be willing to settle and work in Jamnagar on a long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of activities.

Manage and coordinate operators, drivers, helpers and other site manpower.

Plan and monitor deployment of cranes, trailers, forklifts and other heavy equipment.

Coordinate movement, loading/unloading and transportation of heavy materials/equipment.

Monitor vehicle and equipment availability, utilization and maintenance requirements.

Maintain daily operational records, equipment logs and movement reports.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, drivers, operators and the management team.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, SOPs and operational requirements.

Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, vehicles and equipment.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in operations/site supervision.





Hands-on knowledge of cranes, trailers, forklifts and heavy equipment.

Experience in heavy transportation, logistics, industrial/site operations will be preferred.

Positive manpower handling and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety practices.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain daily reports.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Candidate must be willing to relocate to and settle in Jamnagar.

Education

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical or a related field will be preferred.
