Job Summary

We are looking for a Project & Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Operations team. The role involves project tracking, client coordination, CRM management, team follow-ups, interdepartmental coordination, and MIS reporting to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day Operations team activities.
- Coordinate between Sales, Projects, Procurement, Warehouse, Installation, Accounts, and AMC teams.
- Track project progress, timelines, and pending activities.
- Manage and regularly update CRM and project records.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and project-related queries.
- Ensure timely completion of site visits, material requirements, installation, and project closure.
- Monitor team tasks and follow up for timely completion.
- Prepare MIS, project status,



and operational reports for management.
- Maintain proper project documentation and handover records.
- Identify operational delays/issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Escalate critical operational matters to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Operations / Project Coordination / Project Management.
- Experience coordinating or handling an Operations team.
- Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Robust ownership and accountability.
