Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee sheet metal and electroplating operations at the plant, ensuring productive production and quality control.

- Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.

- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and total productive maintenance (TPM).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, improve customer service management, and enhance productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in operations management, preferably in sheet metal & fabrication industry.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Strong understanding of electroplating processes, including plating techniques, surface treatment methods, and inspection procedures.

- Proven track record of implementing cost reduction initiatives using tools like Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
