- In-Charge for Production and Quality
- Responsible for Quality tests on raw materials, in-process materials,& FG products & ensure meet quality standards.
- Conduct tests of Viscera (Eg Temperature, pH content and other required)
Required Candidate profile
- Ensure proper calibration & maintenance of Lab equipment
- Process documentation and product reports
- Coordinate with production and logistics team for product delivery
- Visit RM Suppliers
