Own end-to-end execution of camera deployments at customer factories — site survey, installation plan, scheduling,technician and vendor coordination, and fi nal sign-off

Be on the ground at customer sites across India, often at short notice, until the site is live and secure

Run the physical and network setup alongside our engineering team: LAN layout, cabling and conduit runs, switches and PoE,IP addressing, camera positioning and connectivity checks

Work plant-side stakeholders — production heads, plant IT, electricians, contractors, security — in Hindi, to get access, power,cabling and approvals unblocked

Manage hardware logistics: procurement, dispatch, tracking, installation kits, spares and inventory across all live sites

Keep deployment trackers, checklists and SOPs current so every installation runs the same way, not a different way each time

Chase every open item to closure — nothing stalls because a vendor, a plant contact or an internal team didn't reply

Give the founders operational leverage: scheduling, follow-ups, vendor management, and whatever else needs a clear owner





2–5 years in operations at an early-stage company, or as anExecutive Assistant to a founder or senior leader withgenuine operational ownership

Basic IT and networking knowledge — LAN, cabling,switches, routers, IP addressing; comfortable in a serverroom and on a shop fl oor

Fluent Hindi with plant-level stakeholders; working English for internal and written communication

Willing and able to travel to customer sites frequently, oftenat short notice

On-site in Gurgaon, 6 days a week

Exceptionally high ownership — follows through withoutbeing followed up with

Field operations, deployment or installation experience —hardware, IT rollouts, CCTV/networking or similar

Exposure to manufacturing plants or industrialenvironments

Startup experience, where the ended at"whatever is needed"

Vendor and contractor management experience

Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and modern worktools

Valid driving licence
