Role Overview

We're looking for an Operations Manager who can own day-to-day operations, streamline internal processes, manage the team's workflow, and ensure client deliverables (incorporation, compliance, filings) are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across incorporation, compliance and accounting teams
- Ensure client cases (Pvt Ltd/LLP/OPC registration, GST, ROC filings) move through the pipeline without delays
- Set up and improve SOPs for recurring processes
- Coordinate between CA/CS team, sales team and clients
- Track team productivity, assign tasks, and monitor deadlines
- Handle escalations and resolve client/process bottlenecks
- Maintain MIS reports — case status, TAT (turnaround time), pending work
- Manage vendor and government portal coordination (MCA, GST portal, etc.)
- Support hiring,



onboarding and training of new team members
- Ensure office discipline, professionalism and process compliance across the team

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in CA firm / fintech / compliance / professional services
- Strong understanding of company incorporation and compliance processes is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfort with basic tools/CRMs
- Ability to lead a team and handle pressure/deadlines

Good to Have

- Prior experience in a CA/CS/tax consultancy firm
- Familiarity with MCA, GST, Income Tax portals
- Process automation or tech-tool experience (CRM, ERP, etc.)
