Operations Manager – Facility Management

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with robust residential facility management and technical operations experience. The candidate should have experience managing large residential communities with 1,500 flats.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall operations of large residential communities.
- Handle technical services including electrical, plumbing, STP, WTP, DG, HVAC, fire & safety, and MEP systems.
- Lead and manage facility, technical, housekeeping, security, and support teams.
- Ensure service quality, preventive maintenance, and timely complaint resolution.
- Coordinate with clients, MC members, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor manpower, budgets, materials, and operational performance.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
- Prepare and review operational reports and KPIs.

Requirements:

- 8–12 years of Facility Management experience.
- Mandatory residential facility management experience.
- Experience handling 1,500 flats / large residential communities.
- Strong technical and team management skills.
- Good communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Engineering/Diploma qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
