Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentive
Experience: 7–15 years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage security guards, supervisors and site operations
- Handle manpower deployment, attendance, replacements and rosters
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits
- Manage client relationships and resolve operational issues
- Support recruitment and training of security personnel
- Manage security and facility-management operations
- Prepare manpower costing, quotations and operational reports
- Coordinate billing, compliance and documentation
- Develop recent business opportunities in West Bengal and Jharkhand
Requirements ✅ Experience in Security Services / Facility Management
✅ Strong manpower and team-management skills
✅ Client handling experience
✅ Knowledge of PF, ESI, minimum wages and security-industry compliance
✅ Bengali, Hindi and English communication skills
✅ Willingness to travel across West Bengal and Jharkhand
✅ Ex-Army / CISF / Police / Security industry experience will be an advantage
