Job Role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Manager to manage daily operations, coordinate teams, monitor projects, and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily company operations and staff.
- Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Site & Administration teams.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Track targets, follow-ups & work progress.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and project sites.
- Monitor site activities and pending work.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure company policies are followed.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA preferred.




- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Sales or Real Estate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp & Email.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
