Job SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on and experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in civil construction and site execution. The role will be responsible for independently managing medium-scale projects from site mobilisation and execution through project closure and final handover.

The candidate will manage site supervisors, contractors, labour teams, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are executed as per drawings, BOQs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilise and set up new project sites, ensuring complete site readiness before execution begins.
- Understand project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution methodologies.
- Oversee the installation and execution of façade, structural, and related architectural elements.
- Lead and manage site supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, quality, and accountability across project sites.
- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings with supervisors and contractors.
- Monitor and manage 2–3 project sites simultaneously.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Identify project delays, technical challenges, and site-level issues and resolve them proactively.
- Coordinate with internal Project, Design, Production, Purchase,



and Site teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain regular daily and weekly project progress reports for leadership.
- Coordinate with clients at project sites and handle execution-related discussions professionally.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations, project requirements, and site execution.
- Take complete ownership of project closure and final handover.
- Ensure completion of snag lists and pending site activities before handover.
- Coordinate and close final project billing.
- Obtain signed project handover documentation from clients.
- Ensure all supervisors and contractors are properly managed and accountable for their respective site responsibilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- 6–12 years of experience in civil construction, structural execution, façade execution, or related site operations.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of medium-scale construction and site execution projects.
- Proven experience in managing site supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Experience handling multiple project sites simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, execution methodology, and project timelines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent coordination and client-handling skills.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in metal façade or architectural envelope projects will be an added advantage.
