Secure Line Assurance IMF Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven and results-oriented Operations Manager – Insurance to join our team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day insurance operations, streamline client service delivery, manage policy processes, and support overall business growth. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient service execution, policy compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Management
- End-to-End Workflow Execution: Oversee daily operations including policy issuance, endorsements, premium processing, and renewals.
- Claims Operations: Coordinate with insurers and clients to manage the claims process, ensuring fast turnaround times and proper documentation.
- Service Quality: Establish and enforce operational SLAs to deliver prompt, accurate, and high-quality customer service.
- Process Automation: Maintain and update operational tracking systems to enhance administrative accuracy and reporting.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and mentor the operations team to maintain smooth workflows and achieve daily execution targets.
- Serve as the key operational bridge between sales teams, administrative staff, and partner insurance companies.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines, internal policies, and data security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation registers for audit readiness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or insurance operations software.
- Core Competencies: Robust organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication capabilities.
Pay: ₹15,473.55 - ₹25,000.00 per month
