Core Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence: Direct on-site personnel, optimize operational workflows, and ensure seamless property performance across all managed assets.
- Strategic Financial Oversight: Formulate comprehensive operating budgets, conduct rigorous monitoring of revenue streams and expenditures, and authorize vendor payment processing.
- Vendor Partnership Management: Identify and engage qualified service providers, negotiate favorable contract terms, and coordinate scheduled maintenance and repair initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Maintain strict adherence to municipal property regulations,



safety protocols, and industry compliance standards.
- Team Development & Leadership: Provide mentorship, deliver comprehensive training programs, and supervise property coordination staff and administrative teams.

Essential Qualifications

- Professional Experience: 3 to 7 years of demonstrated success in building operations, real estate management, or comprehensive property management.
- Technical Competencies: Proven leadership capabilities, advanced budget management skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and expertise in property management technology platforms.
- Communication Excellence: Superior written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement with property owners, service vendors, and tenant communities.
