Operations Management

- Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple caf outlets (COCO/FOCO model)

- Ensure SOP compliance, service quality, hygiene, and brand standards

- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and profitability

- Monitor KPIs: sales, footfall, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Business Development

- Identify and execute expansion opportunities (new locations, partnerships, FOCO models)

- Lead site selection, feasibility analysis, and store launch planning

- Build and manage relationships with landlords, franchise partners, and vendors

- Drive local store marketing and revenue growth initiatives

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage Caf Managers and outlet teams

- Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management

- Build a robust operations pipeline and leadership bench

Financial Reporting

- Manage budgets, PL, and cost optimization

- Analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies

- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
