Oversee daily gaming zone operations across Arcade, Trampoline, Bowling and activity areas. Manage teams, rosters, opening readiness, customer service, safety, hygiene, maintenance, SOPs, revenue targets and operational reports.
Required Candidate profile
Graduate with 5–8 years in operations management, including team handling. Experience in gaming zones, family entertainment centres, amusement parks, bowling or trampoline parks preferred.
