Homeie is building the consumer company for where you live.

The first product is the smartest way to rent a home in India. You tell Homeie what matters once, and our AI understands your taste, searches and coordinates across a fragmented offline market, helps you see only the homes actually worth considering, and gets the transaction done, including ₹0 security deposit upfront. What takes weeks today should eventually feel like one really valuable afternoon.

Over time, Homeie should help you rent a home, understand your housing history, know what matters around where you live, make every move easier than the last, and eventually help you buy your first home.

We’ve raised $750k from a stealth fund, whose backers include Abstract Ventures, Bain Capital and Long Journey. We are still a very small team, which means the people joining now will have an absurd amount of influence over what Homeie becomes.

What will you do:

- Own how we get our first few hundred renters. Reddit, offices, partnerships, going on the ground, weird hacks nobody has tried. Whatever works.
- Figure out where the best supply actually comes from, how we work with those people, what incentives make sense, and how we consistently get great homes when a renter shows up.
- Visit broker offices in person, onboard brokers to Homeie and build trust with them over time.



Do creative stuff here - like hosting broker events to bring them together.
- Spending time on the ground with renters, brokers and partners instead of forming opinions from a spreadsheet.
- Work with engineering and product to turn things we repeatedly do manually into software.

Who we're looking for:

- Strong spoken Hindi and English. You talk to brokers, owners, society guards and renters all day, and each needs a different version of you.
- You want to be on the ground, not at a desk
- You can make decisions on your own when a plan falls apart

We're hiring two kinds of people:

- Freshers: 2025 and 2026 pass-outs

- Startup internship experience strongly preferred. If you have interned somewhere early and know what it feels like when the process doesn't exist yet and you have to build it, this role will make sense to you.

2. People with 1-3 years of field, ops or service experience
- KAMs, City Ops, Fleet Ops or Field Ops at quick commerce, mobility, hyperlocal or home services companies.

This role is not for you if:

- You want a fixed desk and predictable 10-to-6 hours
- You'd rather escalate a problem than solve it on the spot
- You need a clear process before you can start
- You don't enjoy spending your day in broker offices, societies and other people's homes
