About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Transportation, and Warehousing services.

The ideal candidate should possess strong operational expertise, customer management skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Import & Export Operations (Air & Sea)

Oversee Customs Clearance, Transportation & Warehousing Activities

Ensure Timely Shipment Execution and Customer Satisfaction

Lead and Develop Operations & Customer Service Teams

Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Airlines, Overseas Agents & Vendors

Monitor Operational KPIs,



Profitability & Process Efficiency

Ensure Compliance with Trade and Regulatory Requirements

Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence

Desired Profile

7–8 years of experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Strong understanding of Ocean Freight, Air Freight & Customs Processes

Proven team management and leadership skills

Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Logistics ERP systems and MS Excel
