- Should be able to handle an event from planning to final execution.

- Must have good experience in Government Events and working with government departments/officials.

- Should understand stage setup, branding, fabrication, sound, lights, LED screens and other event production work.

- Manage and coordinate with vendors, fabricators, technicians and event staff.

- Should be able to do venue visits/recce and understand all event requirements.

- Handle VIP/VVIP arrangements and government protocols during events.

- Coordinate with the client, government officials, vendors and internal team.

- Make sure all event work is completed on time and as per the plan.

- Manage event setup, branding, production, manpower and other on-ground activities.





- Should be comfortable handling large-scale events, inaugurations, conferences, exhibitions and public events.

- Handle last-minute changes and on-ground problems without affecting the event.

- Keep a check on the quality of fabrication, branding and overall event setup.

- Should have valuable communication and team-handling skills.

- Should be able to negotiate and follow up with vendors for timely work.

- Manage the event within the given budget and timeline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
