Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities and targets.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, Engineering, and Dispatch teams.

- Monitor manpower, machine capacity, material availability, WIP, and production performance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Ensure quality standards, SOPs, drawings, and customer requirements are followed.
- Control rejection, rework, downtime, material shortages, and production losses.
- Plan manpower and supervise production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure workplace safety, PPE usage, 5S, housekeeping, and statutory compliance.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Monitor operational KPIs, production costs, overtime, productivity, and machine utilization.
- Conduct daily/weekly operations review meetings and report performance to management.
- Ensure on-time delivery and effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials

Required Skills

- Strong manufacturing and shop-floor management experience.
- Good knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
- Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MIS systems.

Experience in fabrication, machining, assembly, industrial equipment, automation, or engineering manufacturing will be preferred
