Role: Operations Manager

Compensation: ₹20,00,000 per year The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day food business operations, including inventory, procurement, supply chain, logistics, distribution, staff coordination, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely customer deliveries.
- Improve operational processes and productivity.
- Track costs, inventory levels, and performance metrics.




- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Maintain food safety, quality, and operational compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, and customers.
- Support continuous improvement and business growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations, supply chain, food distribution, retail, or logistics.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing teams and daily operations.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and operational software.
- Strong communication and vendor-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
