At Dashrath Putra Foundation, we are driven by a dual mission to uplift the most vulnerable in our communities. We run extensive, on-ground animal welfare operations—including daily feeding, rescue, and medical care drives for street animals—while simultaneously championing digital inclusion and community empowerment initiatives. We are looking for an agile, experienced Operations Manager to help scale our impact, manage our dedicated teams, and build lasting partnerships that fuel our grassroots initiatives.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and mission-driven Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day organizational activities while taking the lead on critical fundraising and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a proven track record in securing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships, cultivating relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), and managing teams to execute high-impact community and animal welfare drives.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Partnerships

- Corporate CSR & HNI Engagement: Identify, pitch, and secure high-value partnerships with corporate entities and HNIs to secure long-term funding streams.
- Campaign Strategy: Design and execute strategic fundraising campaigns aligned with our ongoing welfare drives and community outreach programs.
- Grant Writing & Proposals: Draft compelling partnership proposals, impact reports, and grant applications tailored to major donors.

Donor Relationship Management

- Cultivation & Retention: Act as the primary point of contact for major donors, ensuring they are consistently updated on the tangible impact of their contributions.
- Donor Journey: Design a seamless, transparent donor experience from initial engagement to long-term stewardship.

Team & Operations Management

- On-Ground Execution:



Oversee the logistics of large-scale community events, deworming drives, and volunteer operations, ensuring all activities run efficiently.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and scale a hybrid team of on-ground volunteers, technical staff, and operational coordinators.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine operational protocols to ensure resources are utilized effectively across all foundation activities, bridging our fieldwork with our digital infrastructure.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NGO operations, fundraising, or corporate partnerships.
- Track Record: Demonstrable success in securing funds from HNIs and managing corporate CSR portfolios.
- Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to coordinate across hybrid remote and on-ground volunteer networks.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate grassroots impact to high-level stakeholders.
- Mission Alignment: A genuine passion for community service and animal welfare.
