OB OPENING – OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Mankoli, Dombivli

Experience: 5–10 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations at the Mankoli site.
- Monitor site activities, manpower, production and work progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and contractors.
- Ensure timely completion of work and smooth site operations.
- Maintain discipline, safety and proper utilization of resources.
- Regularly report site status, issues and requirements to management.

Candidate Profile:

- Good experience in operations/site management.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle manpower and multiple site activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to regularly monitor the Mankoli site.
