Position: Operations Manager Wellness

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised professional with a background in nutrition to manage daily clinic operations, coordinate our team and deliver a welcoming, seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiry calls, explain wellness programmes and coordinate consultations.
- Greet clients, manage appointments and ensure a professional clinic experience.
- Oversee timely follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage daily team schedules, delegate tasks and monitor completion.
- Foster a positive work culture built on accountability, teamwork and respectful communication.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation and operational reports.
- Coordinate with dietitians to ensure timely delivery of plans and client support.




- Address client concerns and escalate matters when required.
- Support programme renewals, client retention and improvements in service quality.

Qualifications & Skills

- Nutritionist or B.Sc. in Nutrition or Nutrition & Dietetics.
- 3–5 years of experience in the wellness industry, preferably in a nutrition clinic or wellness centre.
- Hands-on experience in inquiry handling, client servicing and team coordination.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and client-management tools.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; Gujarati is an advantage.
