Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.

- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective delivery of healthcare services and maintain high standards of quality.

- Oversee SLA management, NABH accreditation, and other regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

- 8-11 years' experience in hospital management or operations management in a similar industry.

- Robust understanding of business operations, healthcare operations, hospital operations, medical operations, and operational excellence principles.

- Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
