Gujarat Car Rental is a growing chauffeur-driven car rental and ground transportation company based in Ahmedabad, serving corporate clients, travellers, events and groups across Gujarat.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day transport operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, drivers, vehicles and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookings, vehicle allocation, driver scheduling and trip dispatch.
- Monitor trip schedules, pickups, vehicle availability and service quality.
- Coordinate with clients, drivers and internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Supervise the operations team and ensure timely execution of all trips.
- Monitor fleet utilization, driver performance and operational KPIs.
- Improve processes to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and service reliability.

Requirements




- 2+ years of experience in transportation, travel, logistics or operations.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Ahmedabad and Gujarat routes .
- Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and time-sensitive situations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage drivers and operations staff.
