Operations Manager — Ayantara

Ayantara is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who wants to experience how a growing consumer brand is built from the inside.

This is not a narrow operations role. You will work across the entire operating ecosystem of the business — procurement, production, packaging, inventory, vendors, logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, hospitality orders, quality checks and day-to-day problem solving.

What you’ll work on

- Manage daily operations from order to dispatch
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, printers, packaging vendors and logistics partners
- Track inventory, production schedules and replenishment
- Manage Amazon/e-commerce and B2B/hospitality order fulfilment
- Maintain operational records, costing sheets and trackers
- Follow up with vendors and ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Identify operational problems and independently drive solutions
- Use ChatGPT and digital tools to research, organise, analyse and improve workflows
- Work closely with the founder across different areas of the company

Requirements

- Strong ownership and follow-up skills
- Organised, dependable and comfortable handling multiple priorities
- Valuable Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer skills
- Must own a laptop and be comfortable working on it daily
- Must know how to use ChatGPT effectively for day-to-day work
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and partners
- Willingness to learn quickly and solve problems independently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
