Fixed Vehicle Monitoring & Cost Control Executive

Role Overview The Fixed Vehicle Monitoring & Cost Control Executive will be responsible for monitoring fixed vehicles across India, tracking daily vehicle movements and utilization, coordinating POD collections, preparing MIS reports, and validating operational costs. The role requires strong coordination, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure effective vehicle utilization and accurate cost reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track fixed vehicles deployed across Pan India locations.
- Ensure day-to-day tracking of vehicle movements, availability, deployment, and operational status.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and identify underutilization, idle vehicles, or operational gaps.
- Prepare and maintain daily vehicle utilization reports.
- Coordinate with transporters, branch teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders for vehicle-related updates.
- Follow up for timely collection and submission of PODs.
- Maintain accurate records of POD status and ensure pending PODs are followed up and closed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to vehicle operations, utilization, and costs.
- Validate day-to-day operational costs against approved rates, vehicle deployment, utilization, and supporting documents.




- Identify discrepancies in billing/cost data and coordinate with relevant teams for clarification and correction.
- Maintain accurate trackers and supporting documentation for vehicle and cost-related activities.
- Highlight operational exceptions, cost deviations, and utilization issues to the reporting manager.
- Support management with data and analysis related to vehicle performance, utilization, and operating costs.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and data analysis.

- Ability to identify discrepancies and operational gaps.
- Ability to manage Pan India operational data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
