Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Plan and coordinate material deliveries to project sites.
- Manage company vehicles, drivers and delivery staff.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Stores and Accounts teams.
- Plan delivery schedules based on project requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics vendors.
- Negotiate transportation charges and manage logistics costs.
- Track fuel, vehicle maintenance and transportation expenses.
- Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and deliveries.
- Monitor loading, unloading and safe handling of materials.
- Resolve delivery delays and transportation issues.
- Maintain logistics reports, vehicle records and delivery documents.
- Monitor team performance and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and logistics procedures.
- Report logistics performance and issues to management.

Required Skills
- Strong logistics and operations management skills.
- Good knowledge of transportation and delivery operations.
- Vendor and transporter management skills.




- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Robust planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/logistics software.
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries and urgent requirements.
- Leadership and team management skills.

Qualification Any Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.

Experience: 8+ years in Logistics / Transportation / Operations, preferably in Interior, Construction or Trading companies.
