As an Operations Lead Senior Associate on the Enterprise as a Service (EaaS) team, you will be responsible for…

- Define testing strategy, operating model, delivery approach, test scope, entry and exit criteria, quality gates, and reporting standards.
- Lead test planning and execution across applications, releases, interfaces, and teams; oversee defect governance and release-readiness assessments.
- Manage testing risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations; provide guidance and recommendations to project leadership and client stakeholders.
- Standardize testing processes, templates, metrics, dashboards, and delivery assets; review test coverage, execution quality, and defect trends.
- Lead team development, mentoring, performance feedback, and resource planning.
- Identify opportunities for automation, tools, process optimization, and cost efficiency; support proposals, estimates, capability development, and client presentations.

The team The Enterprise as a Service (EaaS) team within Artificial Intelligence & Engineering supports the delivery and ongoing operations of technology-enabled services. The team brings together operational, engineering, and artificial intelligence capabilities to help enhance workflows, scale solutions, and support consistent service delivery. Team members collaborate across functions to coordinate priorities, resolve operational needs, and drive continuous improvement.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, or 6 PM to 3 AM

Qualifications

Required

- 9+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or quality engineering.
- Experience leading multiple testing workstreams or a quality engineering team across enterprise technology programs.
- Experience defining testing strategy, governance processes, test scope, risk-management approaches, and reporting standards.
- Experience directing test planning, execution, defect governance, and release-readiness activities.
- Experience testing enterprise applications, integrations, data flows, application programming interfaces (APIs), and releases.
- Experience communicating testing risks, status, and release-readiness decisions to client and program stakeholders.
- Experience leading team development, mentoring, performance feedback, resource planning, and development of reusable testing approaches and delivery assets.

Preferred
- Experience designing or implementing quality assurance operating models or test-transformation initiatives.
- Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), continuous testing, and test-automation strategy.
- Experience supporting testing programs in two or more industries or business domains.
- Experience supporting sales pursuits, proposal development, or account planning.
