Role Description This is a full time remote Operations Internship role with Confidence App InstaPrepsAI. The intern will support daily operational activities, including coordinating schedules, tracking tasks, and assisting with process documentation to ensure smooth functioning of the platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and organizing data, and helping implement operational improvements based on performance metrics and feedback.

Interns may assist with basic project coordination, reporting,



and communication with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on key initiatives. The position offers hands-on exposure to education technology operations and opportunities to contribute to mission-driven projects.

Stipend INR 4k to 7k. Do apply only and only if you are comfortable in given bracket of stipend.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support process optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, share updates clearly, and document operations reliably.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to assist in outreach, follow-ups, and supporting user acquisition or partner engagement.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to help streamline workflows, monitor daily tasks, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Candidates should possess Project Management abilities to support planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software), and an interest in edtech, social impact, and student success.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
