Role Description The Operations Intern will support daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the brand’s end-to-end processes. This full-time hybrid role is based in South Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home as per business needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with inventory tracking, order processing, and coordination with suppliers and logistics partners. The intern will help streamline internal workflows, maintain operational documentation, and support project-based initiatives to improve efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, preparing reports and basic analyses, and communicating updates to internal stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support order management, customer interactions, and basic sales reporting.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to assist with process optimization, inventory coordination, and workflow tracking.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to help plan, execute, and monitor small projects and operational initiatives.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic business tools; familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
- Interest in fashion, D2C brands, or retail operations; prior internship or academic exposure to business or operations is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
