Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Tracking each learner's progress and following up until required milestones are achieved
- Communicating with learners throughout the placement journey and providing explicit updates and next steps
- Scheduling and coordinating mock interviews before every actual interview
- Coordinating interview rounds with hiring partners and collecting feedback after each round
- Creating and maintaining placement trackers and flagging potential drop-offs at an early stage
