Role Description The Operations Intern (unpaid) will support the day-to-day functioning of TalentCraft India’s online academy in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities include coordinating class schedules, assisting with learner and parent communication, updating basic course information and records, and helping ensure smooth session delivery for instructors. The intern will also support operational documentation, track basic performance or attendance data, and collaborate with team members on process improvements.



This internship role provides exposure to online education operations, allowing the intern to gain practical experience in managing digital learning workflows and customer support.

Qualifications

- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, tasks, and basic documentation efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with learners, parents, and instructors in a professional manner.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, video conferencing tools, learning management systems) and willingness to learn new software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to monitoring classes, updating records, and identifying issues in operations.
- Interest in education, online learning, or skill development for children and teens; prior experience in any education-related activity is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate with a distributed team, and manage tasks within agreed timelines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in any discipline; openness to applicants from diverse academic backgrounds.
