Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to manage overall manufacturing operations, production planning, manpower, quality, inventory, and operational efficiency in a switchgear manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities.
- Plan and monitor production schedules.
- Supervise production teams and allocate manpower.
- Monitor production quality and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality, and sales teams.
- Monitor raw material and inventory requirements.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Improve productivity and reduce operational wastage.




- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare operational reports for management.
- Implement process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor overall operational performance.
