- Plan for the financial year, achieve annual business plan revenue, EBITDA & PAT, stakeholder management, including customers.
- Monitor overall planning for administration, operations, services, and cost control.
- Implement MSW rules, minimization of Leachate, and Leachate
management.
- Operate on landfill operations, green belt development, housekeeping, and beautification.
- Liaison with government and local authorities regarding the project.
- Follow up on Bill payments with SMC and timely submission of monthly receipts.
- Ensure compliance with maintaining Landfill Construction and mapping.
- Conducting training on ISO standards for the organization and meeting with SPCB personnel to implement rules. Preparation of QAQC reports and submission to SPCB and CPCB, Ensuring Health
Safety within site and being supportive of the team.
