About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and manage pan-India operations for Government projects and service contracts related to HVAC, Elevators, and Escalators.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall operations, project execution, and service delivery for Government contracts.
- Manage SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning) projects from execution to completion.
- Oversee AMC, project services, manpower supply, and ongoing operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of 500+ employees across 1215 locations pan-India.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure smooth functioning of existing business.
- Monitor project performance,



resource utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with senior management, clients, site teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Be willing to travel 1215 days per month across project locations.
- Cost optimaisation
- Travelling 10-15 days.

Candidate Profile
- 1015 years of relevant experience in operations/project management, preferably in HVAC, Elevators, Escalators, MEP, or Government projects.
- Strong experience in managing large multi-location teams and projects.
- Proven expertise in Government contracts and project execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial and operational understanding with the ability to drive business performance.
