Own end-to-end operations across India's largest BC network, driving excellence in execution, governance and customer experience.
Lead FIA's AI journey, taking the organization from process automation to predictive, self-
learning and autonomous operations
Drive the vision of 100% digital and automated operations, eliminating manual interventions through AI, intelligent workflows and real-time decisioning.
Build a culture of continuous innovation, challenging conventional processes, piloting emerging technologies and embedding AI into every aspect of operations.
Create an operating model that is proactive rather than reactivepredicting failures,
optimizing resources, preventing fraud, and continuously improving performance through data.

Candidate Profile

1215 years of experience in BFSI operations, with significant exposure to Banking /fintech
/RPC operations.

Proven track record of managing multi-department operations teams.
Solid stakeholder management experience with banks at all levels.
Hands-on knowledge of reconciliation, payment gateways, Branch banking governance.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable drafting formal correspondence,
SOPs, and leadership reports.

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
