Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day spa operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, and maintaining high standards of guest experience.

The Operations

Executive will coordinate staff schedules, monitor inventory and supplies, and support adherence to operational procedures and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities include handling guest queries, facilitating resolution of service issues,



and collaborating with management to implement process improvements. The role also involves tracking operational performance metrics, assisting in basic reporting, and supporting compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily spa activities and support efficient workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to monitor performance, interpret data, and contribute to operational improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with guests, team members, and management professionally.
- Experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or retail operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
