Skystar Shipping Agencies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Operations In-Charge to handle and supervise reefer export shipments at ICD Khodiyar, Gujarat. This is an on-site, field-based role requiring physical presence at the ICD whenever a reefer shipment is being handled. The role owns on-ground execution from documentation through stuffing and gate-in.
Key responsibilities
- Handle reefer export documentation and coordinate Shipping Bill filing and customs clearance.
- Coordinate customs examination and resolve operational or customs queries.
- Manage carting and gate-in activities.
- Coordinate reefer plug-in and monitor required container temperatures.
- Supervise container stuffing, VGM and container sealing.
- Coordinate container movement with transporters and work with shipping lines, terminals and other operational parties.
- Track shipment progress,
resolve on-ground issues and maintain physical presence at ICD Khodiyar during active reefer shipment handling.
What we are looking for A hands-on operations qualified who is comfortable working directly at the ICD and taking ownership of complete reefer export shipment execution. Strong coordination, attention to documentation, operational discipline and the ability to work with customs, transporters, shipping lines and terminal personnel are essential.
