Work arrangement: On site, with regular visits to manufacturing units and warehouses The Veshti Company is looking for a hands-on manager to maintain accurate records in Zoho Books, plan production, coordinate with vendors, and verify stock across manufacturing units and warehouses. Strong Excel skills are essential for this role.

Key responsibilitiesZoho Books and stock records

- Maintain accurate purchase, vendor, and inventory records in Zoho Books.
- Record and track purchase orders, bills, stock receipts, and stock movements.
- Reconcile Zoho Books records with physical stock and warehouse reports, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Production planning and vendor management

- Plan production and replenishment using sales trends, current stock, and expected demand.
- Track fabric, work in progress, and finished garments against production timelines.
- Follow up with suppliers and manufacturers on quantities, quality, and delivery dates.
- Visit manufacturing units regularly to check production progress and verify stock.

Warehouse coordination and stock checks





- Coordinate stock receipts and transfers with the warehouse team.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks at manufacturing units and warehouses.
- Investigate stock differences and ensure records are corrected.

Excel reporting and analysis

- Build and maintain production, vendor, and inventory trackers.
- Analyse sales and stock data to recommend production quantities and replenishment priorities.
- Report clearly on stock availability, pending production, vendor performance, and risks.

What we’re looking for
- Strong Excel skills: comfortable with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Experience maintaining accurate records in Zoho Books / any ERP software.
- Experience in apparel production, manufacturing operations, sourcing, or inventory management.
- Willingness to visit factories and warehouses regularly.
- Solid ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through with vendors and internal teams.
