Key Responsibilities ✅ Oversee day-to-day cold chain fleet operations

✅ Monitor vehicle movement, temperature compliance, and delivery timelines

✅ Coordinate with drivers and clients for smooth execution

✅ Manage driver coordination and vehicle placement

✅ Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards

✅ Support the operations team with planning and execution

Ideal Candidate

- 2–3 years of experience in fleet/logistics operations
- Hands-on experience in cold chain logistics preferred
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience in driver management and temperature monitoring
