Designation : Computer Operator - SAP & Excel

Location : Hooghly

Experience : 1–2 years of experience in Computer Operations / MIS / Warehouse Operations.

Responsibilities

- Process and verify customer orders, including order release, waybill, and other required parameters.
- Monitor and analyze pending orders in SAP and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with courier partners and customers for delivery confirmation and POD updates.
- Maintain Sales Return, SRO, and STN Inward/Outward records.
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, aging analysis, stock accuracy, sales returns, and operational reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely and accurate data updates in SAP, Excel, and relevant portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers,



and service providers for smooth operations.
- Identify operational hazards and risks and follow EHS and Quality requirements.

Requirements :

- 1–3 years of experience in Computer Operations / MIS / Warehouse Operations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
- Exposure to order processing, STN, Sales Return, POD, and warehouse operations.
- Positive communication, coordination, follow-up, and data management skills.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
