Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Bengaluru.

The Operations

Executive will coordinate daily hygiene service delivery, ensuring that service schedules, staffing, and resources are planned and executed effectively across client locations.

Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, tracking service quality, supporting the implementation of hygiene standards, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.



The role will involve close collaboration with service teams and client representatives, maintaining Stocks and having clear communication on service requirements, feedback, and improvements.

The Operations

Executive will also assist in reporting, documentation, and continuous process enhancements to support efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee service delivery and coordinate daily workflows.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with clients professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify issues, and support process improvements.
- Relevant experience in facility management, hygiene services, or service operations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a agile service environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word, reporting tools) and familiarity with operational tracking systems is an advantage.
